How we handle your information at LaEncontramos, currently in pre-launch. Written to be understood, not to hide anything.
Who we are
LaEncontramos is an Argentine project, based in Mar del Plata, building a trustworthy layer of property information. We are still in pre-launch: for now we only run an early-access list.
What data we collect
When you join the early-access list, we collect:
- Your email.
- Your profile (buyer/renter/investor or real estate agency).
- Technical origin data: landing page, referrer, and campaign parameters (UTM), if present.
- The date of your signup and your consent.
In your browser we store only two functional preferences: theme (light/dark/auto) and language. These are not identifiers and are not used to track you.
Why we collect it
We use your email for a single purpose: to notify you about the launch and early-access news in your area. The legal basis is your consent, under Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Law 25.326.
Where it is stored and who processes it
We do not sell your data. To run the list we use these providers:
- n8n (automation, on our own server): processes the form submission.
- Notion: stores the waitlist entry.
- Resend: sends the confirmation email.
- Slack: internal notification of a new signup.
- Cloudflare: hosting and delivery network; may set a strictly-necessary security cookie (
__cf_bm).
Fonts are served from our own site (self-hosted): we make no requests to Google Fonts or other third parties. We use no analytics, pixels, advertising, or trackers.
Cookies and local storage
We use no tracking or analytics cookies. The site uses local storage (localStorage) only to remember your theme and language preference. Cloudflare may set a strictly-necessary security cookie. That is why we show no cookie banner: there are no non-essential technologies that require consent.
Your rights
Under Law 25.326 you may access, rectify, update, and request deletion of your data. To exercise these, write to hola@laencontramos.com and we will handle it. Argentina’s AAIP is the supervisory authority. We also follow general GDPR-style best practices.
How long we keep the data
We keep your email until launch and for a reasonable period afterward to invite you. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we remove it.
