What exactly does "verified" mean?

That we confirm the property with its source and record the date. You will see when it was verified, with which (licensed) agency, and whether we merged duplicate listings into a single record. We never say "guaranteed": we show the evidence so you decide.

When does LaEncontramos launch?

We are in pre-launch. There is no public date yet. We open first in Mar del Plata and notify people in order from the early-access list.

How is the information kept up to date?

Every verification expires. After around 30 days, we re-verify with the source and update the record, so you never see stale listings.

Will it be available outside Mar del Plata?

Yes. We start with Mar del Plata to do it well, then expand to the major cities of Argentina.

How can real estate agencies take part?

We work with agencies, not against them. You can add your real, up-to-date inventory, with your brand and your representation, through early access for agencies.
